Policies and Information
Gratuities - Our reward is your personal recommendation of Symmetry Hair Studio
to a friend. Gratuities are therefore left to your discretion. We recommend the
following guidelines for tipping 15-20% of the total bill and $1 to $2 for
shampoo services. We do not accept tips through credit card payments.

Cancellations - The appointment that you selected is reserved especially for you.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is kindly requested.

For group and package reservations, we require a credit card or gift certificate
number. A 25% fee will be charged when reservations are cancelled with less
than 48 hours notice.

Appointments - Please arrive early
for your appointment to ensure that our services run as smooth as possible. We
can not guarantee service for late arrivals

Professional Retail Policy - We are proud to offer you high quality professional
retail salon and spa products. Products, with receipt, may be returned within
30 days of purchase for salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given.

Credit Cards - We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Quality Service Policy - All of our salon and spa services are 100% guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service please notify us within two
weeks of your visit and we will gladly re-perform the service to your satisfaction.
